Write to hello@aurorachaser.app in English, Dutch or Norwegian. We usually reply within a few working days.
Appeal a restriction
If the app says “You can no longer use community features” (“social features” in older versions), you can ask us to look at that decision again. E-mail hello@aurorachaser.app with your display name if you set one, roughly when the restriction started, and why you think it was a mistake. One of us reviews every appeal.
Delete your data
To delete everything we hold about you, see Delete your account and data.
